about

Jasmine was born along the North Sea and learned how to walk under a Scandinavian sun (aka Denmark). She then made a quick, twenty-year pitstop in Los Angeles where she was raised on sound stages, in casting offices, and sparring boys at her parents’ Taekwondo studio. Once baked until golden brown in the heat of the San Fernando Valley, she headed east and is now proud to call herself a New Yorker.

As a writer, Jasmine has a background newsletter copywriting and is the author of a one-woman play called S.T.A.T. (or, Stop Talking About That). Currently, she is writing a choose-your-own-adventure-esque novel…stay tuned. In the meantime, you can nibble on Jasmine’s poetry if you pop over to the Poem Pharmacy.

As an actor, her television credits include: New Girl, NCISE.R., Sleeper Cell, Grey’s Anatomy and more. Film credits include: ThirteenWhite Frog, and The Foreigner.

For more nourishment, follow Jas on Instagram + Spotify, and if you want to treat yourself, take her class at SoulCycle where her inner athlete and artist join forces.
